Sure, Henry Electric bikes have pedals.
But make no mistake, these bikes would leave even the most formidable peddler in the dust.
And look sexy as hell doing it.
With the command of a mind-boggling 5000W rear hub driving forward at the flick of a wrist, these. things. are. fast.
Prior connections and strong client relations brought me onto this project for Henry Electric.
My skills were called upon to provide video production, photography, and drone videography for promotional assets.
Collaborating directly with a videographer and photographer, I brought my visual eye and constant adaptability to changing timelines and locations.
Being very familiar with production shoots, crew call was at Henry Electric’s manufacturing location. B-roll was acquired, including indoor drone photography and videography, maximizing the most of the space. Fully licensed and insured as a drone pilot, i utilized my technical flying skills to operate manually and safely within an enclosed area full of hanging obstacles.
Retailing at a competitive $6950 each, Bikes .001 to .003 were on full display in all their glory, and drew attention from both interested cops and enchanted community members.
Second location was the storied Russell Industrial Center, a gritty and historic location offering a perfect backdrop in a closed course setting. Working from a very loose production schedule, I was able to maximize time and exhibit quick creative problem solving to deliver some strong shots.
I pulled on my love of all things transportation to guide the production of drone visuals and b-roll, helping fuel the creative spirit of the project.
Post-shoot, I undertook photo retouching, video compositing & coloring, providing strong assets to the pleased client.
This project was right up my alley, showing my comfort with juggling multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to translate ideas into action, on the fly.
